As the founder of SurePlus Solutions, I work alongside the Awaab Comply team to help organisations understand how the platform strengthens workflows, improves evidence trails and supports the requirements of Awaab’s Law and the updated HHSRS hazards framework. This includes working with leadership teams, compliance managers, surveying teams and contractors to embed structured processes that improve safety, assurance and resident outcomes.

The app supports surveyors, repairs operatives, contractors, call centres and housing officers by providing structured triage, inspection prompts, evidence capture, follow up actions, timescale tracking and resident communication tools.
